Commentary on- Daily Mail Article
There are plenty of reasons not to like Ronaldo. He is known as a world class actor on the pitch, he is the pretty boy of football, he has a bit of an ego... I could go on, but I won't. I was prepared to add another reason to dislike him as I read the headline of this article, Cristiano Ronaldo: I'm bigger than Lionel Messi! but I was deceived.
When asked who is the best player in the world he "Ronaldo smiled and said: 'The biggest is me,'" My teeth clenched and I was foaming at the mouth, ready to defend my boy Messi, but the quote continued, "at least in height and wider too, that's for sure.'"
Well played Ronaldo, well played. Though I may not be your biggest fan, I hate you a little less right now.
So, who will have the bigger world cup?
Will it be the wonderboy (or the 'flea' as he is affectionately nicknamed) who stuns the world with his footwork and perserverance?
or will it be the Portuguese striking sensation Ronaldo who has the best cup?
or might it be the dark horse that nobody was prepared for... Dianna Ross?
